So that I can respond quickly to your support request please provide as much information as possible below.

Normal response time for routine matters is up to 48 hours. If you have indicated ASAP or Urgent I will attempt to respond to your request within a couple of hours. If you have not heard from me by then please log your job again.

If you can't access your email and website, but can see this website (which is on the same server as websites hosted by Amhazing) then the problem is probably your domain name, not the hosting server. Please check your domain hasn't expired.

Otherwise, please allow between 30 to 60 minutes before requesting support in case the server is being upgraded or reset.
